This copy references approval of theMAY meeting. Now, I know that is just a typo :-), it is the July 20 meeting. However, there is an issue mentioned in the minutes indicating a meeting that for the debris cleanup will be on July 31. I’m getting these minutes on AUGUST 15!!. That does me no good to hear about that meeting now! I live out of town and cannot make the meetings but need to know what is going on in a timely manner so I can possibly go there or send a representative to go and inform me. Thank you.
