Frank Lincoln - Treasurer
Frank is originally from North Carolina. His Dad worked for Kaiser, so his family moved to Louisiana and eventually to the Bay Area for his work. He joined the Marine Corps during high school and was trained as an air traffic controller. He later transferred to a helicopter squadron where he was the operations chief. Frank went to work for the Highway Patrol after getting out of the Marine Corps. He later transferred to the Department of Insurance Fraud Division. Frank retired after 26 years of State service and went to work for an insurance company after retirement and continue to investigate fraud. He has been married to Laurie for 38 years and have a son and a daughter. They both work in Law enforcement.. He and his wife enjoys going on motorcycle rides, traveling, and hanging out with our neighbors.
